Excellent knowledge in supporting the company’s strategic alliances by directing and guiding employees across the group companies in order to facilitate the production process whilst achieving company goals in terms of revenue for past 25 years in Apparel Industry.

Opening up of a new factory in Ethiopia uplifting the company operation to a Multi-National level in October 2016, Bringing down the production cost by 25% by installing the local new yarn dyeing project minimizing the yarn imports of all companies across the group.

Has been a pioneer in the Hosiery Industry in Sri Lanka for the past 25 years and at present, holding several honorary positions in various professional bodies including the following: –

• Honorary Member (Establishment) – Hosiery Wages Board Ministry of Labour and Labour Relations
• Executive Committee Member – Sri Lanka Apparel Brands Association (SLABA)
