Collection of Annual Returns
Service : Collection, analysis and updating of annual returns of industrial enterprises registered under the Ministry
Under the Section 4 (2) of the Industrial Promotion Act No. 46 of 1990 every industrial entity registered under this Ministry is bound to provide information of their industry to the Ministry of Industries before March 31 of each year.
The reports should be sent to the Assistant Director, Industry Registration Division, Ministry of Industries, No.73 / 1, Galle Road, Colombo 03. Further, reports can be submitted to the Ministry from 9 am to 4 pm.
