Change name of the existing industry based on the recommendation of Regional Industry Services Committee (RISC) (subject to cabinet approval)
- Submission of request by the investor.
- After reviewing and recommending the request by the Regional Industrial Services Committee, the Regional Service Industry Center submits it to the Ministry for approval.
- Evaluation by the Ministry Evaluation Committee
- Obtaining Cabinet approval to change the name of the project
- Notification of Cabinet Approval to Investors.
- Submission of investor's request
- Obtain recommendation of Regional Industry Services Committee (RISC) by the Regional Industry Services Center of the respective province.
- Submission of RISC recommendations to the Ministry for further evaluation.
- Evaluation of the project by the Ministry Evaluation Committee.
- Submission of Cabinet Memorandum on the basis of Ministry Evaluation Committee report.
- Obtain approval from the Cabinet of Ministers.
- Notification of Cabinet Approval to the investor
- Letter of request
- Certificates of Business Registration
- (Form 01 and Form 20 of the Department of Registration of Companies)
- Income tax registration
- EPF registration
