Service : Renewal of Temporary Registration Certificates
A temporary certificate is issued when production is not fully commenced or the required documents have not been completed. Once all the documents and production are completed, a permanent certificate will be issued.
- Incomplete documents required at the time of registration of the Industrial Institution can be handed over to the Industry Registration Division or sent by registered post to the Assistant Director, Industry Registration Division, Ministry of Industries, No.73 / 1, Galle Road, Colombo 03.
- A field inspection of relevant industrial establishments will be carried out if necessary.
- New Certificate can be obtained by handing over the old temporary certificate to the Ministry between 9 am and 4 pm.
