Supervision, Co-ordination & Monitoring the functions / activities of all Corporations & Statutory Boards assigned to this Ministry

Main Functions

	Co-ordination of activities of all Corporations & Statutory Boards come under the purview of this Ministry
	Improve systems and procedures to enhance accountability of state owned public enterprises
	Install Budgetary process within all state entities
	Monitoring financial & physical progress of the Action Plan & assist the secretary in conducting progress review meetings
	Install Internal Audit System
	Ensure proper functioning of Board of Directors
	Introduce preparation of Quarterly Accounts
	Assist/ facilitate Restructuring of Corporations & handling Labour issues related to such organizations
	Monitoring of human resource activities including new appointments, extension of services etc. of all institutions
	Ensure timely submission of Annual Accounts and Annual Reports
	Assist to improve the productivity and minimize expenditure
